Please allow at least 2 days clear lead time from ordering to delivery as all products are baked fresh.
Please ensure there is someone responsible to accept the delivery as products cannot be returned.
We can deliver up to 12.00 noon on a Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
Cheesecakes are sent frozen in recyclable packaging.
Cheesecakes should be removed from the outer packaging and the plastic film should be removed.
Either put back in the cardboard box or just leave it on the cake board it was delivered on.
Always defrost in the fridge and never at room temperature.
Do not refreeze and should be kept refrigerated.
Cheesecakes will need to be put in the refrigerator for a few hours to fully defrost. Cheesecakes will keep for up to 3 days in a refrigerator. We recommend you keep them covered. Although it's never going to last that long!!! Some biscuit decoration may be packed separately to ensure crispness.
Cheesecakes are delivered personally by ourselves. It is very important that someone is in to receive the delivery as it should be refrigerated straight away.
